Support Policy

The hours of Support are Monday-Friday between 10.00am-9:00pm (GMT+6).
All Support questions must be submitted from our Support Desk.

All Support questions will be answered within maximum of 14 business hours from the initial contact. Average response time is 2 hours.

Under the terms of Support we must be granted administration access to the Website, and access via FTP in which our product was installed.

If a customer denies access to the Website in which our Product was installed we cannot offer any Support, therefore any claims to our Product “not working” will be deemed null and void.

If The Client’s website has technical coding, defects, damage or hosting problems not caused by Amadercode, we will not be able to offer Support or Fix the Client’s Website.

Support includes troubleshooting any problem with the plugin, reply to any question you might have to use the product properly. Support does not include adding any new feature you might need, adding contents on your behalf, doing any custom works etc.
